I run an Alt group that needs a SCH interested in Clearing content quickly. The Benefits of this group is 5 people out of 8 are alts and were already experienced in the turns. Learning is put to a minimal becuase of this and we clear content fairly quickly.
We have an Average DPS of 2500 and are friendly people who's only rule is to keep drama out. No one play the game to hear a bunch of yelling.


What i Expect:
Awareness.
Friendly Person
MP Management.
Able to Adapt quickly to changes.
Can switch in an out of Cleric stance (Pad that DPS) and Still keep up healing.
Loyalty. (We are fair and expect the same)
