Missing Dreawyrm belt of maiming from FCOB

Had the Dreawyrm belt of maiming drop from FCOB Turn 1 with my static. Was the only person to roll need, but never recieved the belt. And the belt dissapeared.

Steps:
After beating the boss and opening the chests. We received the BRD belt and DRG belt.
I was the only person to roll need on the DRG belt, but never received the belt.
BRD was able to retrieve the belt.
And the belt ended up dissapearing.

You left the instance before everyone passed, therefore causing the loot to "disappear". Message will show "Unable to obtain Dreawyrm Belt of Maiming" on the last person to leave the instance.
