Suggestion for a Request for Dye option!

Hello to all you guys and gals,

My FC mate just made a brilliant suggestion that I think would be a great addition, a "Request for Dye" option would be an excellent addition and a great QoL addition for anyone who isn't lucky enough to have a high ilevel retainer (and us that do) yet.

I wholeheartedly agree and while we're at it can we get a request repair option?
