Looking to make new Free Company of elite players

I shall begin with the fact that I am new to the Free Company system but I have experience being a leader and can adapt easily to new systems. I wish to create a tight-knit Free Company of elite players that are dedicated to helping other adventurers.

I wish to keep this FC small as that builds the bonds between adventurers much easier. Maybe a max of 16 people. Our objectives would revolve around those of the game's: Raids, Dungeons, etc, however, I would like one of the focuses of the guild to be to help those that are new to the game. This means you must be strong of heart, selfless, and willing to sacrifice for those whom you may not know. But that is what it means to be a true warrior, is it not?
