114 NIN LF Mature FCoB Static!

Just as the title states. I'm looking for an active and mature static that raids 3 - 5 days a week. I can raid from 7PM - 12AM EST.
I've been parsing 550-560 DPS at 3 minutes on the training dummies (HA Weapon). I can also play MNK or DRG pretty efficiently.
Looking for a group who can enjoy themselves while also being able to get serious when the situation demands it. Not looking for people / groups who lack the motivation to progress or improve. I take very well to criticism, because I'm always looking to improve my play, but I expect the same attitude from the people in the group.

Onion Knights is the Brynhildr server's premiere hardcore raiding FC. We are the home to 6 static raid teams, all of which are working on the FCoB. Some of our accomplishments include:

Server 1st Turn 4/5
Server 2nd Turn 6-9
Server 1st Savage Turn 6
Server 1st Turn 10-13 (NA 9th T11)
Server 1st All EX Primals

One of our medium core groups is currently in need of a very talented melee dps, preferably MNK or NIN. Minimum requirements for this position is a prior Turn 10 clear, and preferably experience in Turn 11 up thru the last phase (exceptions can be made for the truly exceptional). The raid schedule for this group is 3 to 4 days per week on Tuesday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 7pm EST to 11:00-11:30. Ventrilo and/or Mumble access is required, and we are looking for someone who is not afraid to speak up when needed to discuss raid strategy.
