Incorrect Item Purchased With Poetic Tomes

Using a controller on PC, I selected an item to buy from Auriana and was instead given a different item. I am positive that I did not select the wrong item with my controller as I was able to purchase the correct item next attempt with only a single X button press, no other buttons pressed. I was told there is no way for me to return this item or exchange it. This system is quite flawed. I received no confirmation for buying the incorrect item, and had no way to sell it back to the vendor. Please investigate this bug and possibly implement something to allow players to correct it themselves. If someone would be so kind as to take back the incorrect item, I would either take the Poetics tomestones or Ironworks Choker of Aiming instead.

Steps:
1. Opened the menu with controller. Select Poetics (DoW) category. Move to accessories tab and go to bottom of the page to buy Ironworks Ring of Aiming.
2. Select Ironworks Ring of Aiming to buy, no confirmation window comes up anymore.
3. Receive Ironworks Choker of Fending. I later purchased the ring, but did not select the Choker and do not want it at this or any other time.
