Mogstation error 406

Twice now i have tried to pay for my subscription on the Mogstation and got the error code 406. I HAD enough money in my account to pay for the sub. Now my account has two $1.00 charges on it. Why did this happen? Now i dont have the money for the sub since i had some money transferred, because of these dollar charges. I would like my $2.00 back so that i can attempt to buy some crysta.

Edit: would also like to know why my account was made inactive BEFORE the thirty days was up. I last payed on November 5th. This means my account should active until Friday the 5th, given that November has 30 days in it.

Well I finally got through to pay for my subscription. But there are now three separate charges of $1.00 on my bank account. I would like repayment for these. Don't know who to contact about this. I can provide screenshots of my online bank statement as proof.

thank you for responding. I will take it up with customer support and thnx for the link. and these charges have never occurred before so i dont think its verification charges
