Retainer Sales not working for me.

I apologize I put in the Bug Report incorrectly, so here goes.

NPC name: N/A (Retainer?)

Steps:
I am unable to sell things through my retainers. When I list items they show up on the market, but people are unable to purchase them. It states that "The transaction is unable to complete." I have had friends try to purchase my items to test it... Also, it shows that my retainer is not from one of the 2 major cities but instead shows a bunch of Kanji characters (都市無効値) to be exact. As far as I know I have never been able to sell things since the transition from version 1.0 of the game to 2.0. Please any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I have already spoken to a GM in game and they said to put in a bug report on here regarding this issue. Thank you!
