Miqo'te GLA cast spell shield graphic glitch

As above.

When ever i'm casting a spell while equipping a shield, it will some how flip over, sort of a graphical glitch.

1. Cast spell
2. Graphical glitch occurred
3. Return to normal once the spell animation is done.
