Multiple Glamour Solution

One thing that I noticed in FFXIV would be that there is no good way to build multiple glamour sets with one set of gear. What I'm trying to get at is this: If I play Paladin and Warrior, they will be sharing the same gear minus weapon choices right?

I love the way the rank 40 and 45 gear looks. I would love to have unique glamour sets for both my Warrior and Paladin, but I can not.

The easiest way I think to resolve this issue, would be for gear that can be cited to be used on say multiple classes, each class has a select box when glamouring, and you select which class is getting that respective glamour.

The Noct Lorica has Warrior and Paladin listed. When I go to glamour my Lionliege chest piece, I choose Paladin. I go to glamour my Bearliege chest piece, I choose Warrior. Now when I swap between the two, I don't have this awkward gear discrepancy.
