Having issues with steam trail and upgrading account.

I tried their support but it's taking to long, any way to go to a full access account when site says it's a steam account?

You see I tried XIV way back when it first came out and hated it quit before the free 30days were over on CE box. My friends convinced me to at least try it so I got the steam trail version, I liked the game that I bought it from Newegg because I couldn't resist the 10 dollar price tag. But this site says I can't use the Game code because account is steam trail account and I need a key from steam.

So am I screwed should I make a new account?

I'm still a bit confused about what you wrote, but all i can say is that if you bought the game outside of Steam you can't register that code on Steam.

You can register that code on Mog Station, and then login from Steam with those account details.

Thanks for reply but I decided to create a new account, Mog place wouldn't let me enter the game code saying account was for Steam and needed steam code. Appearently no place to put game code in steam version either if you buy it outside of steam.

Not a big loss deleted all my characters and just remade them on new account. Thank you for the replay again ^.^
