Veritas Vitae <VV> seeks one outstanding SCH for T13 progression

Veritas Vitae <VV> of Adamantoise is currently looking for one exceptional SCH to permanently join our primary raid group. We have T10-12 on farm and have just begun working on T13 progression. We are among the top five groups on the server currently progressing through FCOB, and will be pushing to earn server 2nd-to-5th for T13.
Interested players should be extremely familiar with their role. Maximizing heals and, when appropriate, pushing DPS, should be deeply intuitive from months of prior experience. Adaptability, a superb internet connection, and TeamSpeak 3 are all required. You should also be ready to research fights thoroughly, accept constructive criticism, and stay quiet/focused when mastering new content.
Our ideal candidate would have prior T10 and T11 clear experience, with at least some progression experience in T12. Needless to say, T12 clear experience and T13 progression experience would certainly be welcomed.
Raid times and days vary, but always take place in the evening. A typical session lasts about four hours, beginning anytime from 5:00 p.m. Central to 9:00 p.m. Central. Our most common raid days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. We usually raid two or three days each week; we aim to play intelligently, rather than just sinking massive amounts of time into content.
