I am extremely confused, what stat does really affect Flash? Aside from weapon damage. Some says it doesn't affect but BlitzBall website says it does! (http://valk.dancing-mad.com/methodology/#Enmity)

Weapon dmg and str atleast.
Not sure about determination.
Yes, DET increases flash enmity. This is because potency does not directly increase damage, but rather adds to potency of skills. This is why it also boosts healing spells. And Flash has potency.
I believe the description for flash says its based on attack potency or attack power... So yes, STR, DET, and weapon damage all increase the effectiveness of flash. Fight or Flight however, does not, since it is a straight buff to damage. Just so no one is confused... DET only boosts healing spells you cast, not ones cast on you (seen a lot of tanks think that it means they get better heals from healers).
As far as testing my FC and I have done, the one stat we've nailed down as definitely affecting the potency of Flash is Attack Power. Attack Power is directly influenced by Strength, so one can say that Strength is a stat you want to worry about.
This means...
- Fight or Flight does not increase the potency of Flash. It increases Damage, not Attack Power.
- For you Warriors with Flash, Berserk increases the potency of Flash because it increases Attack Power instead of Damage. Well, if you want to waste one of your precious few actions doing no damage ;)
It is, sadly: "Affects the amount of damage dealt by both physical and magic attacks, as well as the amount of HP restored by healing spells. Auto-attack potency is also affected"
If we break it down a bit on just the healing part:
"Affects the amount of HP restored by healing spells"
With just that, you would assume it increases healing done on you, rather than by you.
But if you take the first part:
"Affects the amount of damage dealt by both physical and magic attacks"
One would conclude it's damage dealt by you. Otherwise it won't make sense to stack this stat if it's dealt on you. With that in mind, you -could- conclude that the next part of the description would also imply that it's healing cast by you, rather than on you. That comma, though...
