Some of My 1.0 Titles Are Not Displaying.

Steps:

"Crystal Bearer" and "Princess for a Day/Royal Seneschal" have been achieved in 1.0 but have not shown up on my character. I logged in and noticed that the titles were missing at the start of ARR 2.0, yet in my achievements log they were highlighted as achieved and completed.

I spoke with Jonathas in Gridania, the achievement NPC, many times but titles were not awarded back to me.

Did not formally question until titles became visible below character names. At that time, I had made an official forum post on the In-game bug report section. It was pushed to "Duplicate Bugs", although I do not know why because I still have this issue and it hasn't been resolved. Additionally, I placed two GM tickets in game regarding the issues but had never received a response.

If you could help me restore my titles from 1.0 it would be most greatly appreciated!
