Errr... I'm not sure where Midgard is but on this server I don't think too many are forming statics for second coil anymore. Most of the time you'll find the pf filled with T8-9 farm parties though I do see progression ones up occasionally. Probably the best thing would be to get a T9 clear and just move right into FoCB.
