Fixing some issue's with the arcanist/summoner - Sakura's prospective
After playing summoner 1-50 and some end game contact as well as pvp I can surely state this is what i believe should be done in the future.
Ramuh,Shiva, Levithan added with 8 abilitys unqiue to there element - however this would mean additional questline and you have to defeat the primals before getting these summoning jewels
2 New Abilities and 2 new passives
Ruin III
Casttime: 2.50
recasttime - 5.00
Damage. 120
Mana cost: 80-100
Paralyzis 30 seconds
Fester II - Damage's All 100 potency and deals additonal 140 potency if the target is suffering from Bio 1 Bio 2 or Mesma
Improved Enegry Drain II - Damage Dealt by this spell also Heals the summoner
Improved Virus - Duration of Virus is increased by 40 seconds
Improved Abilities
Ruin 1 - now has additional effect of silence this last for 12 seconds and 6 seconds in pvp
Improved
Tri Disaster - Deals 100 potency to all targets hit and binds them (Damage does not caused by You! and you alone does not break this bind)
Bind Duration 12 seconds pvp 6 seconds
Miasma II - Deals Unaspected damage a with potency of 45-50 to all nearby targets
Additional Effect: Disease, HP Down Duration 30 seconds
Symtoms: Reduces HP and HP Recovery by 40% and inflicts 50% heavy
Shadow Flare - Potency is increased by from 25 too 50% to all enemies within feild and slow is increased to 20%
Enkindled - recast time is reduced by 120 seconds. so now its at 180 instead of 300
this what i feel should be adding rebalicing the summoner the rest seems fine
