Missing item after clean reinstall

I seem to be missing a Snakestongue Brais that I bought for my DRG 50 before I did a clean reinstall of Windows and the game. I can't find it on any of my retainers, my inventory, nor the armory chest. I tried contacting the GM in game but told me to post on the forums instead. I hope you can help me with this. Thanks!

Just in case, go to the merchant that sells it, right click on it, and choose search for item. It might just be hiding somewhere you didn't see.

I tried it also. No items found.
