Camp Bluefrog Levequest not available

Area and coordinates: Camp Bluefog ( X:22 ; Y:29 )
Steps:
1. Working on my Atma book I have to take part in the leve Don't Forget to cry
2. Went to Camp Bluefog to Rurubana checked battlecfraft leves and Don't Forget to cry is not available
3. I checked my journal and I do not have the leve active and I also have the leves unlocked in Camp Bluefog
4. Left area came back and tried again and leve is still not available

I am playing on a Playstation 4

Did you do some of the levequests that are offered to get the leve you want. Most npcs have like 5-6 levequests so you normally have to do 1 maybe 2 to get the one you want.

You can also pick up 4. Then do one but don't hand in and should give you the other 2 as options.
