[NA] Current Known Issues with the Firefall Faire Event (Aug. 11)

We have confirmed an issue wherein the Cascadier NPCs and the Bombards would stop moving and prevent players from progressing with the Firefall Faire event.

We are aware of the situation and are currently working to resolve it. As a temporary measure, the Game Masters will be assisting the players by performing recovery operations on the NPCs in question. If you experience the reported issue, we would like you to kindly assist us by placing a GM call and reporting the issue.

Please note that each of the colored ashes can be obtained in two areas. If we happen to be performing recovery operations on a certain area, you have the option of visiting the alternative area to obtain the desired ash. Please see below for the list of alternative areas.

Eastern La Noscea ⇔　Western La Noscea
North Shroud ⇔　South Shroud
Eastern Thanalan ⇔　Western Thanalan
