Are there any plans to add more access settings than just basically locking or unlocking our doors?
Would like to be able give access to friends, linkshells, free companies, while restricting access to everyone else. This would also include utilities such as vendors, summoning bell, armoire, etc. As long as aetheryte remains locked to character/fc I don't see how this could really be abused either, since it would be rather inconvenient to teleport and run all the way to friends house, rather than to a city-state.

Its been a 'problem' I've heard, people leaving their houses open and people just loitering around in it. I'd like the ability to boot anyone in my or my FC's house that isn't on the "approved" list. I don't like this "all or nothing" mentality on things... especially the Private Rooms that you're supposedly able to restrict if people can purchase or not. It's part of an OCDness, cause there's now 2 spots open at the top of the room list, one person did the transfer/rename/transfer and the other left the FC... I would've liked to have room #1
