So there were multiple Omegas on this server so I just assumed you wanted the biggest one. The following is a listing of their top in command:

The one you listed was the one I was referring to (only Omega FC... as in that is an exact match). I've already tried that which you suggested, so I figured posted here would be worth a shot.
Hmm... yeah I dunno. I haven't seen anyone with that tag around. Do you have a friend in the fc?
I discovered how to apply for FC's in game. It wasn't explained even with the quests that tries to get you to visit the housing area... which I couldn't access as I think u need to own a house or be in a FC.
I haven't see anyone with the tag. I like small guilds. Usually more friendly and personable.

As an update, I was able to find how you can apply for membership in-game. I'm really glad I researched on them. =)
