Gm Feedback: I didn't know where to post this thread.
I wasn't sure where to go. The "feedback" forum didn't seem appropriate as that was in regards to website functions, not in-game functions. The closest thing I could come up with was that this might fall under "techinical support" because it involved in-game stuff that happened around the time of the ddos attack which happened on Nov 19, 2014. Ok, yeah, it's a stretch lol. Basically I don't know where this is supposed to be posted! So if any forum moderators come across this post, kindly please place it where it belongs ^^
Anyway, feedback, here it is!
Generally my experiences speaking in person with the very busy GM's in our game have always been positive and rewarding. Today's experience outshines all other opportunities I've had to speak with GM's about this or that concern in the past.
GM Sleidche responded to my request to speak with a GM today. I was sitting in my cottage when they appeared. *gasp* I got to see a REAL gm *swoons* It was pretty cool, they sat down at my table in a nice comfy carbuncle chair, and we discussed the subject which I had made a GM call about.
GM Sleidche was very helpful in answering my questions, and alleviating my concerns. I just wanted to say that I appreciate the work the GM's do trying to keep the community safe and peaceful. They remind me of the judges from the the FF tactics games a little bit ;D
More GM's should be like this! It was a very nice experience. It's nice to know that even as busy as the GM team is, they take the time (when they can) to show they care about us, and the FFXIV community.
