1am-6am gmt+7 is tonberry's mmmmmm 99% pop afk /sleep
If I'm figuring this out right, that would put it between 10am-4pm PDT. Problem is I tried at 3pm PDT a couple days ago and still locked. I'll try a bit earlier tomorrow I guess.
