Fastest way to ilvl100+?

Coming back from a loooong (1 yearish) break - Sitting at ilvl 83 and I am hearing a lot about these hunt things being the fastest way to get seals for gear? I tried looking up a general guide for hunting but I couldn't really find one on the forums or on youtube.

My goal is to just get to 100-110ish asap so I can join a static and start doing actual content. What's the fastest way to do this?

Yup. Since you're i83 you can get in - ASSUMING you cleared the Labyrinth of the Ancients while it was out. If not, you'll have to get into LotA first and clear it; the clear will be easy, but actually getting into it won't be because almost nobody queues for it any more, it's not part of any roulettes, and you need 24 people.
Syrcus gives you i100 drops, a decent chunk of Soldiery, items to upgrade Soldiery gear into i110 gear, and the UATs mentioned to get an i100/i110 weapon as well.

At 84 you can start looking for a party to get through Turn 5 (you'll need to do so anyway to access the stuff raids would do), then at 90+ the Second Coil turns drop i110 gear.

Yeah I've finished LotA already, I am a paladin so it's pretty much still insta-pops even for older stuff. Thanks for the advice ya'll!

This is what I've been doing while lvling my alt, do your Low level roulette every day, spam T1-4 for some extra soldiery and i90 gear. Unlock ST and farm that for gear.
