Ninja 2.4 BiS Gear Progression

I was just wondering if people had figured out what the best in slot allocation for the Ninja happened to be?

Basically I am wondering what Ironworks Items I want to focus on getting first, and whether I should be aiming towards getting the Shiva Bracelet?

I imagine much of the Dreadwyrm Gear is BiS, but that would probably take me a while to get.

Chest piece does not drop until turn 13. Shiva bracelet is a free upgrade so long as you can do it, why would you not get it? Ironworks Ring is a safe buy because you always will need 2 rings and you cannot equip 2 dread rings.

So, Get poetics chest piece, shiva bracelets, poetic ring, save for weapon, buy more gear to upgrade as you go along.

My path for Poetics is Ring > Feet > Legs > Neck > Body > Head. Mainly trying to keep Acc under control.

The exact path you take will vary based on your current gear and content progression though.

Yeah, they're still MNK weights but as long as DET > Crit for NIN it works.

I went with chest piece first as i needed the acc for scob. All of my other gear is still the soldiery gear however as i am gearing my Blm and Bard all at the same time
Would also agree with the determination and crit
I always try to go for the gear with the most beneficial stats first

Any particural reason why going Det over Crit for NIN ?
Im kidna late if it comes to newest stuff and calculations been playing MNK for ages and i knew its DET there, but NIN seems to benefit more from Crit since highter weaponskill potency or i am getting something wrong here?

It's the same for all jobs who rely on auto-attacks for a large portion of their DPS. Determination scales really highly on them, to the point where only a few points are like a point of STR in auto-attack strength, which in turn makes Determination point for point much stronger than any other sub-stat.

Of the DoW, only BRD has a stat that competes with DET, in the form of CHR, and that's because it has an actual effect on how they DPS.

I only knew that det was good for MNK but didnt know any particural reason, thanks alot.

Pardon my laziness, but has anyone figured out the melee accuracy cap for T13 yet? I've just been randomly gearing my NIN and I'm sitting at 548 accuracy. I'm ASSUMING I don't need that much and will substitute higher ilvl pieces as I acquire them (sitting at i105 right now with an atma weapon), but I'm just curious as to what number I should shoot for eventually.
