Requirements...Must be able to raid 3 days a week, on time. Must be geared for t9+. Preferable 18/19+ yrs old. Must have Teamspeak. Must have a posistive attitude. Must be willing to learn fast and take constructive criticism.
Prefered...Past t9. knowledge of t10+. Gear 110+.
