Character linking change.

I, and many others, find it annoying how people list Rank 1 alt characters instead of their actual playing character. This just helps them come into the forums and troll hard without people knowing who their real character is.

I suggest that the character/class/job being linked be a minimum of R20, or no character gets linked at all. Simultaneously, to go along with the Aug17 full version forums update, no one should be allowed to post without a character linked into the forums.
