lost T12 loot to dead servers..

needless to say we're all extremely sad

somebody submitted a ticket, hoping that *maybe* SE will make an exception since these were unexpected server issues rather than scheduled maintenance/people forgetting to roll. This was our first clear as well so it's even more depressing

Congrats on clearing T12, though.

I tend to understand SE's side and why they do things the way they do and defend them in almost everything as a loyal fan for nearly decades now...but if they don't somehow give you your loot that is WRONG.

I recall I have read a similar post, and someone said a GM replied that,
if you have not obtained the item - it has never been in your inventory, then it will be impossible to "restore" it for the you ^^;

It happened to me as well. Apparently they are not able to generate an item, but to restore (like a rollback) an item that was once in your inventory.

We've had this happen before as well. Unfortunately they weren't able to help us out.

Even if they can't give back the loot, I wonder if they can somehow undo the T12 lockout.
