No Sound Issue with headphone/speaker switching.

SE can you please make an option where I can plug headphone and be able to listen to game without rebooting the game?
All the other games let me do this. Just not FFXIV.
I don't even have an option to select sound card in the setting.
Please fix this.

I have this problem too. Also in reverse.

This is soooo annoying. Just the other day I was looking around for in-game or windows settings that would let me switch without restarting the game.

There is no such setting, this is an issue in the games code.

There is an api that must be implemented for a game that uses Xaudio to properly detect audio device connection/disconnection, and FFXIV does not implement it.

Just have to do it the hard way unfortunately, I've wanted this implemented since day 1 :(
