Occasionally when having used controller for a while without using keyboard, when i go to type, direct chat doesn't work and instead opens up a particular window. Once closing this down direct chat continues to work for a while (ie i can start typing in the chat box) until the next time when I've used controller for a while without typing.

Direct chat is turned on.
