Since I started playing, my membership tier was "Entry". This is, I renewed my subscription/membership every 30 days for 10.99€.
I decided to change to the 180 days billing cycle and for an unknown reason I was billed 1.13€.
I would like to know what does this bill concern with and why I was not informed.

If you changed in the middle of the month, you will get charged extra to make up for the difference. The 180 plan is only available for the full price -- you cannot pay for 180 days at entry level -- so your membership has been upgraded (8 characters per server) for your current month as well as the next 180 days after that. The 1.13 is the extra amount on top of the entry price for what is left of the month.
At least that's my theory behind it.
I do not follow.
The monthly price between the 180 days and the entry membership is precisely the same: 10.99EUR.
Also, it stands to my reason that the paid for month with the entry membership should run out before any billing for the 180 day membership fees take effect.
If yu are paying in a currency other than those listed, yu get a currency exchange fee on top of subscription/extra retainers etc
e.g. I pay my sub with $AUD but because SE do not accept this currency as a form of payment, yu have to select one of those listed, but I believe EUR is an option as this is option I decided to choose based on exchange rates. When I signed up, I remember being asked if I wanted to be charged in JPY AMD or EUR, I don't know if it has changed but if yu are paying in a currency other than those 3 or yu have those mogstation extras, yu will get charged a conversion fee.
I am paying in EUR. There's no exchange rate.
Also, there are no additional services.
Everytime you make changes SE re-verifies your card. This verification is a $1+ charge that will fall off your account within the next week.
Don't worry. If it's still there in 2+ weeks then contact SE support (live chat or phone), but it will fall off.
