Hello, my friend and I attended the Fan Fest together. I purchased both of our tickets but to date i haven't received an email with our codes, I know may members have already gotten them. Please assist!

I went to fanfest and bought the tickets for my wife, friend, and myself. Also bought the stream later to see the parts we missed due to having to leave early on Sunday. To date, none of us have received emails with codes and have all checked our spam folders constantly. Who do I need to contact for assistance?

They were due to be released the day after the Japan Fanfest, so tomorrow or Monday.

Twitch code should be in your twitch message box, niconico codes will be sent to your email in 5 days.

I bought my NicoNico stuff back on Dec. 15 and its now been 7 days since the live streams not the 5 days mentioned on the loadstone announcement and I still have not seen my code. I have double-checked my information on NicoNico's site and I even check the spam folder to make sure its not been re-routed.

Ok so... It is now December 29th, 2014. I purchased and watched the Nico stream live on the 19th. So by that math... I should have received the code before the 27th. Did these go out and my code lost in the system?
