Please buff Equanimity

My request is a simple one: add stun and/or silence immunity for equanimity.

Half of Equanimity can be mitigated through a paladin's shield bash, and the rest through silences and knockbacks. If it were the wolves' den it wouldn't be much of an issue because that would require some teamwork to pull off, but Wolves' Den is vacant now; everyone plays Frontlines.

In Frontlines, a lot of people do not bother with teamwork and instead just spam interrupts on castors; which is sadly an effective tactic (its also a bit funny to see a monk spam one-ilm punch when you haven't had a removable buff for 20+ seconds). Equanimity is supposed to be a castors' vacation from interrupts, but aren't quite getting that VIP suite are we? You'll still have knockbacks and sleep to worry about, but come on give castors a break. :/

I think it's fine the way it is but if you're having trouble using it, just try and use surecast first to get a spell off. The surecast animation is very easy to see and it'll bait out stun and silences from anyone on you so you're safer to go into equanimity.

As a full-time scholar and part-time black mage, I beg you to be more realistic. If you get focused, popping surecast and attempting a cast will probably at most bait two stuns and/or silences. Now correct me if I'm wrong but ninja has 2 silences(pvp version is really strong), monks have a silence every 3 gcd's, and paladins get a gcd stun and off-gcd silence. Oh yeah, and bards. So yeah, it needs a buff, at least with silence since it has no diminishing returns.

You're saying you should be able to freely cast while four people focus you with interrupts?

..........yes? the problem with equanimity is that its supposed to be a counter to being interrupted by other players. The problem is, is that there is a counter to that counter which can effectively waste the entire duration of the buff. that's not "keeping things fair" that's just keeping healers down.

You must not play healer at all if you think its that useless lol. You claim to heal as sch so given your access to lustrate as well as your fairy curing I suppose it may not seem as vital to you but trust me when I tell you as a whm equanimity is far from useless.
