Cannot summon companion Chocobo

Hello, I recently returned to FFXIV and am playing on the Goblin server. My character has lost the ability to summon his Chocobo to fight in battle. It now says I have not yet acquired the companion.
This just started since I started playing on the PS4. I used to play on the PC and didn't have this problem.

Any help would greatly appreciated!

1. Log in
2. Try to summon companion using Gysahl Green
3. Get error " Unable to use. Companion not yet acquired "
