LFM 1 BRD for FCoB Progression

Hello! My static is looking for a BRD with access and experience in FCoB. Our group is fairly new (only a week-ish old), and we're looking to find a permanent BRD. We've already cleared T10, and have made progression in T11. T10 clear is not required, but please have at least some experience in the fight. We don't mind teaching the fight, but experience/previous clear is preferable. :)

We run at 4:30 PM EST, except on Monday and Wednesday, when we run at 5:30 PM EST. We want to run at least 3-4 hours on the days that we run and are looking to run 5 days a week (with a potential 6th day if we make awesome progression and want to push it to clear).
