I know I know.... its tooo late for this... but maybe in a future, or maybe they can implement this after the event (like a recipe for clothcrafters that incluides a white swimsuit and a black dye) or something like that.
Anyway :) I love gear colored in black :) and I think it would be awesome to have a black color swimsuit or at least more variety like this: http://i56.tinypic.com/2n0mwdt.jpg
I can only give my personal opinion on the matter, since I dont have any hard marketing case analisys or something like that. But I have been looking towards the event, and I think that FFXIV really needs more stuff like this. It needs more variety of clothes, and undergarments. Implementing swimsuits (as undergarment) really brings variety since you can (im guessing here) combine them with ur regular armor and other undergament.
In the end it let us play a little bit more with our character in game customization. Im really excited about this and as far as I know all my friends, ppl from LS and some other forumers are also excited about this.
I know its maybe too late for the swmsuit event, but maybe they can implement a variety of swimsuits later on the game :)
So please SE , please Yoshi-p bring us more swimsuits ! wee need more colors ! :D we want Square Enix Swimsuits! we want Black Swimsuits! and we need more variety of undergarments and clothes! :D
