pc to ps4 help please

hi guys, im new to the game and i bought the pc version of the game. right now, im planning to play on ps4 too. what should i do? these are some of my concerns. feel free to add some useful tips.

1. can i transfer my account from pc to ps4? can i still play my character? retain my items and gil?
2. should i buy the ps4 cd of the game?
3. do i need to update/patch the ps4 version?
4. i bought the na version of the game on pc, do i also need to purchase the na version of the ps4?
5. how about the time card? will it be transferred to ps4? and concerning the time card, is there a time card only for pc/ps4 or is it universal?
6. can i play on pc and ps4 simultaneously?

1: Doesn't matter what system you play on as they can all use the same account.
2:Yes you have to buy a PS4 copy if you want to play on PS4

in regards to no. 6 you mean once i transfered to ps4 version, i cant go back to pc anymore?

If you buy both the PC and PS4, then you can play either of them---just not simultaneously. So you can play on the PC, then logout, then play on the PS4. You can't be logged into both (on the same service account) at the same time.
