The record is to do upload the image at 800x450 when you want to highlight a little piece of it... lol

you can see his buffs.. food only goes so high.. 3kish he has two buff like that urianger npc gives hp+

I would imagine he's using Marauder, all points in Vit, +HP gear, +HP food divine and full party buff.
