Screenshots are grainy

Hi,

I have a few issues the primary issue is that my screenshots are grainy. I have the computer running 5760 x 1080 and max settings possible. When I take the screenshot it is very noticeable that there is distortion to the character models. I am trying to create a nice background but its hard to do with the screenshots like this. I feel that I have missed a setting somewhere that allows me to save a full size screenshot maybe not and my mind is just tricking me while i am playing the game.

Secondly, is there anyway to adjust the field of view? The side monitors end up getting this fisheye appearance to them. Just look at the door to the right in the screenshot imagine there are 3 monitors and split the image into even thirds. You will notice the left and right sides are stretched rather badly and as I understand it adjusting either field of view or aspect ration can fix this issue to an extent. Anyway take a look at the screenshot and let me know.
