failed actions Bug

Steps:
Starting the past week, all of my battle related actions will fail when attempting to attack. At first i thought it was a problem with my macros, but after deleting them and using the default action crossbar the actions still fail. Sometimes the error msg "Target not in range" will display even when i am right on top of the target. Other times i will recieve no error message whatsoever, the action will simply fail. this is affecting all of my DoW characters. I have tried playing with all of my settings in attempt to isolate the problem but to no avail. I have noticed that it does not seem to happen when attacking striking dummies, only monsters. I have spoken with others in my Free Company and it seems to be happening to several of them as well. Please fix soon as its making the game impossible to play.
