Ignoring People Cross-Realm

Hello!

I am not 100% sure if this is where game feedback goes, or if this is somehow a feature already that I just can't find, but here we go.

There needs to be some improvement made to the blacklist system, chief among them being adding people from other realms to your blacklist. If the ability to party with people through the duty finder is going to include other servers, there needs to be a way to never party with this user again.

I can't figure out why this feature wasn't implemented at the beginning, but WoW (as much as I hate to compare) has it and it makes the gameplay experience much better. It turns off your customers if there is going to be a chance that they're going to be partied with a terrible paladin who thinks that it's okay to pull 3 rooms of enemies as the lowest level member of the party and then blames it on people for not focusing correctly when they don't put numbers up until after everything is attacking everyone. ;)
