Error 216

Hello!

I have been playing FFXIV for a while now, but now I am randomly getting a "error: 216 This version of ffxivgame.exe is not compatible with the version of windows you are running." after I have logged in and press the play button on the launcher.

I havn't changed my version of windows (I run windows 7 x64), the only thing that has changed is installing the new patch (1.18a i think?) and also yesterday I had a graphics card driver update.

Any idea what is causing this error? I wouldn't of thought the graphics card driver would be it.

If I can I want to avoid reinstalling since it takes forever :(

Did you try to enable the compatibility mode? A CRC32, MD5 or SHA checksum of ffxivgame.exe might also help to check if it's broken.
Also what's written in the patch.ver and game.ver files?
