No idea if this is correct or not, as I'm pretty unfamiliar with Japanese voice actors and actresses, but I read somewhere that someone thought she sounds like Mikoto Misaka from "A Certain Scientific Railgun". I looked it up, and that actress is Rina Sato. I wasn't able to find a connection between her and FFXIV in any of the online lists of her voice acting roles, though, so don't put too much stock into this.
