Housing: Furniture limit

could the limit for furniture placement please be increased?

In a medium house you'll reach the limit of 150 items in no time if you pay attention to little details (I do :( or I'd like to ). I'm sure it's even worse if you've bought a large house.

The large house feels very limiting :( I hope they raise the cap soon....almost been a year lol

hopefully we'll find some "comrad-in-arms" for this cause ;)
