Goblet Junkmonger

Thanks to the patch adding subdivisions, I was able to score a small house in the Goblet. I went to buy a magicked stable broom from the junkmonger in the Goblet -- the one right next to the material supplier in the Goblet Exchange -- and instead of being willing to sell me anything, he complains about botanists. Is there something I have to do to activate this NPC?

Hi Jeni! Congrats on the new house! The Junkmonger you're seeking is the version you can place within your house. The Junkmonger Permit can be purchased for 3k from the Independent Sutler, which is located in the Brimming Heart of The Goblet. As for the Junkmonger at The Goblet Exchange, I have no clue what his purpose is. It's as if he's there just to taunt us. :)

You're better off crafting them or buying them off the Auction house. The vendor one is alot more expensive.
