All sounds loud, except my own...

I've just recently had this problem pop up today, where my sounds are all weird...

Music, ambiance etc, seem all fine and loud, I can hear other people fighting and casting spells, even my chocobo makes good sounds.

Problem is I can 'barely' hear the sounds my own character makes. I cant hear her spells, or melee attacks.. etc...

Any idea what setting could have gotten weird?

Disregard, I think I've traced the issue to a wiring problem, and not a software issue.

inverted polarity would do it . . .
