2 Bards in every party
We used to get two bards in every party for Rain of death for the 10% damage reduction. Now it lowers the targets evasion. Every patch this is getting stronger. If your had a static with two bards (or maybe one with a ninja to goad the bard in order to keep it up 100% of the time) and the acc cap is now 520-530 you're talking about 52 stats you could but into determination / skillspeed / crit rate for everyone in the party. Has this become overpowered yet? If not, how many patches until this becomes overpowered?

The contributions to the other DD's damage would have to make up for essentially losing an entire DD. 156 DET (which is an overestimation anyway) is nowhere near that level.

I don't see this as OP too much because RoD is only 100 Potency, costs a whopping 180 TP, and only lasts 20 seconds. In fact, when I look at it this way, it almost looks like it needs to be buffed not nerffed, as its really only viable in coordinated strategies with 100% up time. As you mentioned though, a double bard strategy, in order to maximize this, would require the other 2 DPS to be casters, and most preferably SMN, which is not bad per-say, but it would still not beat a MNK/MNK, NIN/NIN, or MNK/NIN combination atm in FCoB progression. When you start to gear up to meet the DPS checks with any other comp (at least in final turns) then having a double BRD RoD strat won't really matter as the entire point of this would be to swap ACC for DET on your groups gear.
