Sorry for the silly question, but how do I access the 4 star or newer 3 star recipes from most recent patch? I went to Mor Dhona and bought books from someone, they were additional 3 stars I hadn't previously had. Assuming there's some place to get the 4 star books? Appreciate any helpful responses.
Talan in Mor Dhona sells the Master II books that contain the four star recipes.
I swear I looked there, but will do again, must have missed something (very normal for me). Much appreciated.
I think its in the DoH other category, below the supras.
There's 2 DoL options and 2 DoH options. the 4* Recipe's are in the Second DoH section, the books are at the bottom iirc. I've only bought 2 of them so far.
