I am unsure if this is intended but it is possible to use "Fuma shuriken" and "Raiton" in succession. I first did it on accident but managed to do it more times afterwards, but while running if you cast ten then as you press Ninjutsu a split secound after chi then press Ninjutsu again .5 secounds later it casts Raiton immediately after Fuma shuriken. It's not easy to do and doesn't always work but I managed to accomplish this a few times when timed right.
