Mat loots from HM dungeons

These should be removed from the HM/New Patch Dungeons, but not removed completely. Instead if people needs to farm for mats, give low level dungeon roulette farmable completion coupons to trade for mats. Patch 2.4 made the completion bonus 7500 gil to encourage people to do them anyways.

Put a NPC at mor dhona, every time you complete a low level roulette, you get a coupon and your 7500 gil. You can then take that coupon to this NPC and trade for whatever mat you want. If you think the odds are too high of people getting mat loots, then make that coupon a token for a "chance to draw" the mat with that NPC. Like a lottery ticket.
